The impact you will create:
You and your team will improve the reliability and performance of our database services
You will implement solutions and best practices for our database products
You will ensure that we learn from errors and improve our monitoring accordingly
You will minimize production outages with your colleagues and develop solution strategies
You will ensure that our database services scale
Experience and skills you will need:
You are a cloud enthusiast or want to become one
Technical challenges motivate you
Database Experience: You have experience with relational or NoSQL databases
Technical Skills: You have knowledge of Golang, Kubernetes, and experience with automation tools
Analytical Skills: You have an analytical mindset and can solve complex problems to improve the performance and availability of our databases
Communication Skills: You have excellent communication skills and can explain complex technical concepts simply and understandably
Willingness to Learn: You have the passion and desire to continuously educate yourself and learn new technologies to keep our database infrastructure up to date
