The Perfect Candidate:

• Must be comfortable working with diverse product categories and adapting to varying content requirements based on product type and campaign specifications.
• Previous experience in e-commerce content creation, product data entry, or online retail is a strong advantage.
• Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to identify and communicate key product attributes in a clear and engaging manner.
• Skilled in working with Excel and able to follow structured formatting rules and guidelines consistently.
• Proactive and resourceful in sourcing missing information from supplier or manufacturer websites when not directly provided.
• Comfortable working independently while meeting weekly deadlines and quality standards in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and format product content for the client's online store, ensuring all descriptions meet brand-specific and category-specific requirements.
• Work weekly with product batches provided via Excel, entering administrative details such as campaign duration, order and delivery dates, and supplier information.
• Write and format product names and descriptions according to client-defined standards.
• Highlight key features depending on the product type.
• Source additional product information and specifications from external websites when not provided, ensuring all data is accurate and complete.
• Select and upload appropriate product images that meet the client’s quality and formatting requirements.
• Handle a wide variety of product types, adapting content style as needed per category.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all product listings, contributing to a professional and user-friendly online shopping experience.
