The Perfect Candidate:

  • Must be comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment, adhering to strict quality standards and daily production targets.
  • Previous experience with product content creation, data verification, or annotation is an advantage, especially in e-commerce or fashion-related projects.
  • Strong command of English and Bulgarian, with the ability to understand and handle product descriptions, classifications, and customer feedback accurately.
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused, ensuring high levels of accuracy in content creation, data correction, and annotation work.
  • Able to work with internal documentation systems (JIRA, Confluence, Google Docs) and follow guidelines.
  • Comfortable working independently, managing task volumes, and communicating efficiently with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and fill in detailed product information for apparel and accessories, including materials, fit, and sizing, based on provided images and documentation.
  • Review and verify pre-filled product information, correcting inaccuracies as needed.
  • Evaluate image-based AI recognition of product attributes and validate or correct the identified details as part of annotation tasks).
  • Review and classify customer complaints, escalate them to the appropriate teams, and resolve or correct issues where applicable.
  • Follow internal processes for handling missing, unclear, or potentially non-compliant product data, escalating to authorized teams for final decisions.
  • Work within the client’s proprietary systems and platforms via an administered Google profile, using tools such as JIRA, Google Docs, and Confluence for task tracking and documentation.
  • Adapt to content availability fluctuations, including occasional waiting periods between content batches, and manage workloads accordingly.
