The Data analyst is responsible for all analytics related matters. The role includes everything related to analytics, ranging from analysis to providing improvement suggestions, while also organizing and delivering tools and analytics related training to other roles within the partner.

Despite the broad responsibilities, it is more important to have a good understanding of customer support and show willingness to learn than to be a full-fledged data analyst (though the best case is having both!).

What will be your daily challenges?

  • Point of Contact for analytics between their team and other teams within the organization
  • Actively improving analytics use within their team
  • Teaching analytics and analytic tools skills within their team
  • Fulfilling analytics and reporting needs of the team
  • Coordinating with other roles to ensure smooth operation of the team
  • Making data-driven proposals on processes and systems
  • Contributing to continuous improvement for Supercell

We need a candidate with:

  • Interest in data analytics
  • Good communication and English skills (Minimum C1)
  • Customer Support experience and mindset
  • Willingness to learn and share knowledge
  • Critical thinking
  • Problem solving skills
  • Proactive attitude of finding areas in which to improve
  • Analytics Tools knowledge (minimum Excel or another spreadsheet tool)


Nice to have:

  • Analytics skills and experience
  • Training or teaching experience
  • BI tool experience (Qlik Sense, Sisense)
  • Database experience (BigQuery, Athena)
  • Basic understanding of programming (Python)
  • Prior knowledge of Supercell specifics (procedures, tools)
