Responsibilities:
- Monitor the service event through completion for compliance.
- Manage the service requests of customers through different access channels.
- Lead in projects for process or quality improvements and document changes.
- Work with escalated customers and drive actions in post-incident reviews.
- Manage multiple tasks or cases simultaneously without supervision.
Requirements:
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
- Fluent in written and verbal Polish.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent customer approach.
- Time management skills.
- Organizational skills to manage workflow and tasks.
- Familiarity with computer technology.
