Job Description
The main focus of this role is to support a digital transformation initiative that requires the re-writing of all clauses in our contract templates, in collaboration with product managers, the legal team, and various other internal teams. Responsibilities will extend to the preparation of contractual content for upload into a new contract generation and management technology and providing assistance for the configuration and testing of contract output. The role will also, including training and coaching of other teams.
What you'll be doing:
· Supporting the digitisation strategy for contract generation, liaising with product managers and business partners to draft and reconfigure contract templates for use in a digital platform, test output and feed into systems and process improvement initiatives. · Ensuring each commercial sales transaction is contracted on terms which conform to Experian’s global contract policy; · Working closely with Sales and sales support functions to understand the contractual requirements and ensure these are appropriately reflected within the contracts; · Drafting and constructing contracts, contract schedules and variation agreements; · Contributing to the improvement, management and maintenance of commercial processes and process systemisation and automation. · Reviewing interim commercial cover and work at risk requests; · Sharing knowledge, developing & growing commercial and contractual expertise across the relevant business units and verticals.
Qualifications
What you will bring:
· 2-3 years of experience with contracts, preferably in international environment; · High level of understanding of commercial contract terms; ability to read and understand contracts, ability to explain and negotiate specific terms, ability to draft terms accordingly; · Excellent stakeholder management; proactively developing relationships by listening to and understanding requirements of both internal parties and clients; · Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; · Confident and adaptable team player; · Ability to handle multiple demands and prioritize workload; · Change orientated. Accepts new ideas and responds positively to changing circumstances; · Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify gaps/risks in existing processes; · Proactive approach; · Self-driven, proactively looks for continuous improvement in processes and self; · Microsoft Office including Word and Excel ability – Advanced level.
