The Perfect Candidate:

• Must be open to working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adapting to changing workflows and project priorities as needed.
• Previous experience in content categorization or similar roles is preferred, with a solid understanding of digital content organization and classification techniques.
• Fluent in Bulgarian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills to assess and classify content accurately.
• Highly detail-oriented and analytical, with a strong ability to identify patterns and apply consistent categorization logic.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively to meet team goals and maintain quality standards.
• Tech-savvy and confident using content management systems, internal platforms, and categorization tools effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and categorize large volumes of content based on established guidelines and criteria.
• Ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency in content classification across all categories.
• Evaluate content for appropriateness and alignment with project-specific tagging standards.
• Collaborate with team members to identify challenges and enhance categorization processes and efficiencies.
• Use internal tools and systems to manage tasks and track progress according to project expectations.
