Your Responsibilities
- Provide voice-based technical support for antivirus software issues
- Guide customers on using product features and resolving technical concerns
- Assist with account management, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds
- Deliver professional, clear, step-by-step support
- Ensure customer satisfaction through fast, effective service
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Work collaboratively with your team to continuously improve service
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in French, with strong English communication skills (B2+)
- Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance
- Confident handling phone-based support with empathy and professionalism
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity or antivirus software is a plus
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup
