BCM / ITSCM Consultant (m/f/d)
The impact You will create:
Support the Schwarz Groups central BCM (Business Continuity Management) and ITSCM (IT Service Continuity Management) function with creating emergency documents such as manuals, business continuity and emergency plans, implementation and follow-up of (comprehensive) exercises and tests
Conducting analyzes and workshops as well as awareness-raising and training measures
Cooperation with other areas, in particular, group business continuity management and crisis management, also outside of IT.
Carrying out internal audits and controls for BCM and ITSCM Up to 20-30 % business trips mostly during the enablement of the entities in the countries (Europe) Experience and skills
Experience and Skills You will need:
At least 4-5 years of professional experience in IT sector is a must, preferably in the sphere of Infrastructure topics and/or 2nd level Business Applications Services & Operations
Completed studies in (business) computer science, security or risk management or a comparable qualification
Good knowledge of IT service continuity management or disaster recovery or IT emergency management
Knowledge of information security, business continuity and/or emergency and crisis management
Project management skills, like milestone planning and task tracking
Very good communication in English, spoken and written
Reliable, analytical, structured way of working, also in a team
Don't be afraid to take on bigger tasks and responsibilities
