We are looking for a highly efficient and motivated person to join our successful team as Administrative assistant.

Key responsibilities:

Provides active administrative support to the high level of management

Organizes and controls the correspondence and the document flow

Assists in meetings and events planning, manages the schedule and takes proactive actions, where necessary

Provides presentation documents and materials for meetings and other formal/informal events

Prepares minutes of meeting and follow up on the required actions

Prepares the required reports and analyses

Provide administrative support to the Benefits department regarding communication, distributing and ordering materials, answering employee inquiries, and maintaining an accurate database.

The successful candidate must have:

University degree

Excellent written and spoken English is a must

High proficiency in Microsoft Office functions including Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point is a must

Previous experience in administration and coordination of office activities will be an advantage

Flexible and motivated to work in a dynamic and energetic working environment

Strong organizational and communicative skills

Positive, energetic and able to perform under high pressure and in stressful circumstances
