The Perfect Candidate

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage high-volume data accurately.
• Prior experience in invoice booking, purchase order creation, or financial operations is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable working across departments and with external vendors to ensure smooth processes.
• Proficient in using internal systems and tools for booking, reviewing, and reporting financial transactions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally in a multicultural environment.
• Solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to meet deadlines under time pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Invoice Booking - enter invoices directly into the system in a timely and accurate manner.
• Purchase Order Creation - create purchase orders and ensure that all related invoices are correctly booked.
• Purchase Order Review - review and validate purchase orders before booking invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial standards.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities when required.
