About the role:
The Account Specialist is responsible for providing white glove customer service to our high profile corporate wireless customers.
Your daily agenda will be:
- Providing day to day operational service desk support which includes receiving inbound calls, as well as providing web support via live chats, email and portal activities
- Processing service orders, answering how-to questions, troubleshooting
- Analyzing monthly billing and program reports
- General account maintenance
- Managing customer relationships with corporate partners
- Creating an exciting work environment
- Communicate and collaborate effectively
- Liaising with mobile/telco carriers to complete customer requests
- Strong attention to detail
If you have:
- Excellent level of German and English
- Excellent customer service, telephone, oral and written skills
- Relevant experience as per the above duties is considered as strong advantage
- Customer-orientated, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive and motivated to take charge of both customer engagement and problem resolution
- Capable of being self-managed
- Proven role model and team player
