Job Description The Account Specialist is responsible for providing white glove customer service to our high profile corporate wireless customers.
Responsibilities:
- Providing day to day operational service desk support which includes receiving inbound calls, as well as providing web support via live chats, email and portal activities.
- Processing service orders, answering how-to questions, troubleshooting
- Analyzing monthly billing and program reports
- General account maintenance
- Managing customer relationships with corporate partners
- Creating an exciting work environment
- Communicate and collaborate effectively
- Liaising with mobile/telco carriers to complete customer requests
- Strong attention to detail
Requirements:
- Will have experience listed below, in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills with a positive attitude. This is a must!
- 1 – 2 year experience working in a fast-paced customer service driven environment.
- Prior mobile experience a plus but not required.
- Excellent level of English and French
- Excellent customer service, telephone, oral and written skills
- Relevant experience as per the above duties is considered as strong advantage
- Customer-orientated, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive and motivated to take charge of both customer engagement and problem resolution
- Capable of being self- managed
- Proven role model and team player
