To lead the next stage of our expansion, we are looking for a Marketing Account Manager — a strategic leader who can align brand, performance, and purpose at scale. The Role As Marketing Account Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping Dentaprime’s global brand presence and growth strategy. Reporting directly to senior executive leadership, you will oversee marketing and communications across specific channel, market, and patient touchpoints.

Your mission is to drive demand, strengthen brand trust, support revenue growth, and elevate Dentaprime’s reputation internationally — while leading and developing a high-performing, multidisciplinary marketing team.

What You’ll Do

• Department Leadership & Strategy
• Lead micro teams in Marketing department
• Define and execute annual marketing and communications strategies aligned with Dentaprime’s business goals, growth plans, and budgets
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on brand positioning, communications, and market expansion
• Build a shared vision that aligns teams around clear priorities, accountability, and measurable outcomes
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration and innovation
• Improve systems, workflows, and resource planning to support scalability and long-term sustainability

Marketing, Performance & Positioning

• Oversee all marketing channels, including paid media, social media, website, email, SEO, CRM, and digital campaigns
• Ensure marketing strategies support both patient acquisition and long-term brand loyalty
• Guide product and service positioning based on market insights, competitive analysis, and patient behavior
• Champion innovation in digital storytelling, automation, data-driven marketing, and AI-powered solutions
• Ensure campaigns are executed with excellence, consistency, and clear performance metrics

Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a leader who combines strategic vision with operational discipline.

You bring:

• 4+ years of progressive experience in marketing and communications, including senior leadership roles
• Proven success in high-growth, international, or healthcare-related organizations (experience in healthcare or mission-driven sectors is a strong advantage)
• Strong expertise in digital marketing ecosystems, CRM platforms, performance analytics, and marketing automation
• A strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and anticipate opportunities
• A results-driven approach, focused on accountability, execution, and measurable impact
• Strong people leadership skills, with experience building, inspiring, and developing teams
• The ability to communicate clearly, influence stakeholders, and lead with integrity
