JUNIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

PRESTIGE is one of the biggest food-producing companies in Bulgaria and a market leader in all categories in which the company operates – biscuits, wafers, and mini cakes – under beloved brands like Trayana, Mirage, Naya, Hyper, Troya, Spoko, Roden Kray, Musli, Prestige Wellness, and Prestige Cookies.

We are expanding and looking for a data-driven Junior Financial Analyst, part of the Finance Team.

Position: JUNIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

Location: Sofia or Veliko Turnovo

Employment Type: Full-time

? Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly performance reviews and contribute to the monthly closing activities.
• Ensure data quality for processing cost, volumes and other cost types are maintained properly.
• Create, maintain, and analyze product calculations and regularly review cost center accounting.
• Support investment projects with high focus on cost monitoring.
• Review variances periodically, ensure correct master data.
• Plan, monitor, forecast cost and performance indicators for the plants.
• Ensure proper inventory valuation and reconciliation.
• Participate in CAPEX planning, project tracking, and financial modelling.

✅ Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in plant controlling, product costing and reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills and understanding of financial data.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English.
