We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful Electronics Engineering Project Assistant to provide on-site administrative support for our client's fast-paced R&D department.

Key Responsibilities:

Project initiation in SAP for new and existing electronics manufacturing and project progress tracking Ensuring all required data, materials, and timelines are up to date in SAP Bill of Materials (BOM) management Assist with ordering components, lab materials, and office supplies related to R&D activities Material readiness checks – confirming all components are available before production steps Cross-department communication Vendor & Partner Communication

Essential Requirements:

Relevant University degree in an engineering field Ability to understand PCB components and schematics Good Excel skills Detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to learn Excellent organizational skills Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
