BUSINESS ANALYST

In this role, you will work very closely with the Project Manager, ensuring quality implementation of the set requirements. Your responsibilities will include active communication with third parties, participating in meetings, and maintaining business requirements documentation. You will also be involved in quality assurance processes, supporting the execution of test scenarios and identifying issues.

Expected skills, knowledge, and experience for the role:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field - (Business) Informatics, Finance, and Economics;
• 2+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst/System Analyst in the financial sector (banks, insurance, fintech companies);
• Some IT background, but it is not mandatory;
• Hands-on experience in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements;
• Experience using Waterfall and, as a plus, Agile methodology;
• Good understanding of integrations, databases, and software solutions;
• Excellent communication skills and proactive attitude;
• Very good command of English - B2 level both written and spoken.
