Insurance Business Line Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and take ownership of the insurance sales business line to align with company goals and drive growth;
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with insurance companies, ensuring long-term collaboration and favorable terms;
• Develop strategies to increase market penetration, improve cross-selling, and grow insurance revenue;
• Identify process and system inefficiencies and propose risk mitigation strategies to optimize performance and minimize potential issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in an Finance;
• Experience in the general insurance sector, with a proven track record in managing and growing insurance portfolios;
• Strong leadership, good communication skills;
• Fluent in English, both conversation and writing.
