We are looking for a proactive and communicative leader to take charge of our Organizational Development team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

What will you do at Ucha.se?

• Be a part of the senior leadership team and participate in strategic decision-making processes regarding the whole company
• Coach and support managers, helping them strengthen their leadership skills and navigate people-related challenges
• Collaborate with the other department heads to align organizational structure with business objectives, ensuring scalability and agility
• Develop and implement succession planning strategies, ensuring long-term leadership continuity and internal talent growth
• Implement feedback mechanisms, such as engagement surveys and pulse checks, to drive improvements
• Ensure smooth and effective organizational processes as the company expands
• Foster a strong, collaborative culture and drive initiatives that improve communication across teams
• Create and manage initiatives for leadership development, ensuring a strong pipeline of future leaders
• Facilitate senior leadership alignment workshops and plannings, ensuring the senior team operates with a shared vision and strategy
• Continuously assess and optimize internal processes for efficiency and impact
• Act as a cultural ambassador, reinforcing company values and ensuring they are integrated into daily operations
• Be responsible for all strategies that aim to enhance employee engagement and motivation
• Lead the team, responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and employee development
• Oversee employer branding efforts, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent in a competitive market
