As an E-Commerce Customer Onboarding Representative working onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria, you’ll be a part of bringing humanity to business.

What You’ll be Doing: Do you have a passion for empowering businesses to succeed? In this role, you’ll provide support to new business customers support to become successful in selling for one of the most renowned eCommerce and social media platform. You’ll use your customer service skills and knowledge you’ll gain about the business to guide them through registration, financial registration and setup, shop creation, and how to list their products and services online. You’ll engage these new customers through personalized communications including outbound calls to drive key actions that will help them kick start their success.

What You’ll be Doing: Do you have a passion for empowering businesses to succeed? In this role, you’ll provide support to new business customers support to become successful in selling for one of the most renowned eCommerce and social media platform. You’ll use your customer service skills and knowledge you’ll gain about the business to guide them through registration, financial registration and setup, shop creation, and how to list their products and services online. You’ll engage these new customers through personalized communications including outbound calls to drive key actions that will help them kick start their success.
During a Typical Day, You’ll:
- Provide both reactive and proactive onboarding support for high value new customers on this globally recognized eCommerce social media platform;
- Assist business learn how to be successful and support their onboarding into the platform;
- Handle incoming customer questions and inquiries and outbound contacts to those businesses either looking to start their online presence or expand it with new opportunities.
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1 year+ of experience in customer service, outbound sales, account management or customer success roles;
- Advanced written and spoken English language skills;
- Goal-oriented with a history of meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including support metrics;
- Demonstrates empathy and composure when managing sensitive seller concerns or time-sensitive issues;
- Skilled in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and productivity and simple analytical tools such as Excel or Google Sheets;
- Competency using Microsoft Windows.
