What you will do
- Purchase Order Management: Create, modify, and track purchase orders (POs) in our ERP system (e.g. SAP / Coupa / Oracle) for indirect categories such as IT, marketing, facility management, professional services, and office supplies.
- Request Management: Receive, review, and process purchase requisitions from internal stakeholders; ensure completeness of documentation and clarify open questions with requesters.
- Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers regarding order confirmations, delivery dates, and basic issue resolution.
- Master Data Maintenance: Support the creation and update of supplier and material master data, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Invoice Support: Assist with resolving invoice discrepancies in collaboration with Accounts Payable.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports and ad-hoc analyses (e.g. spend overviews, open PO lists, KPI tracking) using Excel.
- Process Documentation: Help maintain and update procurement guidelines, work instructions, and training materials.
- Project Support: Contribute to ongoing procurement projects, such as supplier consolidation, digitalization initiatives, or category-specific sourcing activities
What we require
- Analitical thinking
- MS Office profficiency
- Current studies in Economics or Procuremnet is an advantage
- German Language is an advantage
