Your daily tasks will include:

• Administering, monitoring, and maintaining systems for optimal availability and performance;
• Supporting testing and production environments, deploying builds, fixes, and performing troubleshooting;
• Managing billing, rating, and batch processing tasks, including monthly bill runs;
• Handling incidents by analyzing logs, managing errors, and resolving issues within SLAs/OLAs;
• Using the ticketing system to resolve issues or escalate to the appropriate teams;
• Coordinating with business units for queries and requests;
• Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports;
• Executing SOX controls;
• Developing automation scripts for routine tasks;

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• At least 1 year of experience supporting Windows-based applications;
• A degree in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field;
• Hands-on experience with scripting (file operations, monitoring, automation);
• Experience with MS SQL databases (writing and optimizing queries);
• Log analysis and error handling experience (UI and OS level);
• Strong troubleshooting skills;
• Practical experience with MS Office and Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence);
• Familiarity with SOX controls and compliance;
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

The following skills will be considered an advantage:

• Any knowledge and/or experience with UC4 (Automic), Job Scheduling;
• ITIL (Incident-, Problem-, Change-, Deployment-, Event-Management);
