Our current client is a global international company with a large team, their own class A office building and well-established operation in Sofia. They are the global leader in their field of online entertainment.

On their behalf, we are looking for a Customer Support Advisors with German, French, Polish, Greek, Czech, Slovak, Dutch, Portuguese and English who would be willing to join their team and grow with the company. The job offers both Voice or Non-voice support options. If you are curious about this exciting opportunity, then this might be the chance you have been waiting for!

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email or entirely backoffice;
  • Provide excellent customer survice experience;
  • Utilizing multiple CRM systems;
  • Follow company procedures and policies;
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of German, French, Polish, Greek, Czech, Slovak, Dutch or English (C1)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid computer literacy
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a customer support role is an advantage
