On their behalf, we are looking for a Customer Support Advisors with German, French, Polish, Greek, Czech, Slovak, Dutch, Portuguese and English who would be willing to join their team and grow with the company. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email or entirely backoffice;
• Provide excellent customer survice experience;
• Utilizing multiple CRM systems;
• Follow company procedures and policies;

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of German, French, Polish, Greek, Czech, Slovak, Dutch or English (C1)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid computer literacy
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous experience in a customer support role is an advantage
