For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – Virtual Sports Customer Advisor with German and English (Part-time).

Responsibilities:

• Provide top-tier support to users of the virtual sports platform;
• Respond quickly and effectively to customer inquiries and issues;
• Assist users in navigating games and systems for a seamless experience;
• Deliver fast, accurate solutions to ensure user satisfaction;
• Maintain a friendly, professional attitude when handling customer concerns;
• Report technical issues or bugs to the team for quick resolution.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) and good English skills;
• Passion for virtual sports, gaming, and technology;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to stay calm and professional with challenging customers;
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and within a team;
• Excellent attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities.
