Grove Global Consult is a consulting and recruitment agency, providing strategic consulting services in the areas of the private business sector worldwide. For one of our clients, a fast-growing company, we are looking for a VIP Account Manager with German and English.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess the VIP database daily, taking strategic actions to maximize their value throughout their lifecycle Proactively engage VIP players through calls, emails, SMS, and chat to reactivate and maintain their interest Identify upsell opportunities among VIP players by closely tracking their behavior and delivering targeted offers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize player management strategies Develop and implement marketing and player management strategies tailored for VIPs Extend a warm welcome to potential VIPs upon their initial deposits Address VIP inquiries promptly and ensure swift resolution to their satisfaction Coordinate with the CRM team for effective segmentation of promotional offers Regularly reach out to both high winners and losers for personalized attention Facilitate knowledge sharing with fellow VIP Account Managers Cultivate expertise in Sports/Casino Games to effectively communicate with players
Requirements:
Proficiency in spoken and written English and German is mandatory Strong business acumen and sales-oriented mindset Proficient in analytical tools, particularly Microsoft Excel Demonstrated ability to achieve results and deliver exceptional service within tight deadlines Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Self-motivated with a positive, problem-solving attitude
