1. Your role:

• Handle international incoming and outgoing calls, focusing on identifying opportunities to upsell and provide added value to customers.
• Actively offer and sell additional services tailored to each customer's specific needs, aiming to boost satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers, colleagues, and internal departments to ensure a smooth service experience and maximize upsell potential.
• Verify customer requests and follow up until full resolution, using every touchpoint as a chance to recommend relevant upgrades or services.
• Handle customer escalations with a solution-oriented approach while also identifying chances to introduce beneficial service enhancements.
• Timely escalate complex issues when needed, without missing the opportunity to positively influence the customer experience.
• Meet deadlines and contribute to achieving both individual and team KPIs, especially those related to upselling performance and customer satisfaction.

2. About you:

• Minimum B2 level of English - verbal and written
• Ability to work different shifts - (including night shifts and weekends)
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Great communication skills, flexible, reliable, and loyal
• Good computer literacy
• Previous working experience in the customer service field is considered a big advantage
