On their behalf, we are currently looking for a motivated Transportation and Logistics Specialist who would be willing to join their team and support their sales and customer service departments. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepares various documents as part of tender procedures with large corporate clients;
• Maintain organized records of all proposals, correspondence, and contracts for reference and compliance purposes;
• Manages communication and coordinates the work of various departments;
• Consolidates information and drafts proposals;
• Supports sales department activities in performing operational/administrative tasks;
• Maintains operational contacts with the company's counterparties.;
• Performs other activities as per sales deparment requirements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in logistics and/or land transportation is a must;
• Fluent in written and spoken English or Turkish and Bulgarian;
• Good MS-Office skills, especially Excel;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to explain issues in an easy and understandable manner;
• Well organized;
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
