On their behalf, we are currently looking for a motivated Transportation and Logistics Specialist who would be willing to join their team and support their sales and customer service departments. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares various documents as part of tender procedures with large corporate clients;
- Maintain organized records of all proposals, correspondence, and contracts for reference and compliance purposes;
- Manages communication and coordinates the work of various departments;
- Consolidates information and drafts proposals;
- Supports sales department activities in performing operational/administrative tasks;
- Maintains operational contacts with the company's counterparties.;
- Performs other activities as per sales deparment requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in logistics and/or land transportation is a must;
- Fluent in written and spoken English or Turkish and Bulgarian;
- Good MS-Office skills, especially Excel;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to explain issues in an easy and understandable manner;
- Well organized;
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
