For one of our clients – а company, a leading provider of international transport services and logistics, we are on a lookout for a Transport Coordinator with Turkish and English.

For one of our clients – а company, a leading provider of international transport services and logistics, we are on a lookout for a Transport Coordinator with Turkish and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and streamline delivery routes to guarantee punctual arrivals;
- Schedule and allocate drivers to specific routes, considering factors like availability,
- Maintain constant communication with drivers to offer updates, directions, and assistance as
- Serve as an intermediary between drivers, clients, and the logistics team, ensuring seamless
- Use GPS and tracking tools to monitor the real-time location of shipments and vehicles;
- Address any delays or issues swiftly to ensure deliveries stay on track;
- Provide top-tier customer service by regularly updating clients about delivery progress and
Requirements:
- Proficiency in the Turkish language (C1 level required);
- Strong working knowledge of English (B1-B2 level required);
- Excellent organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced
- Previous experience managing people and coordinating processes, preferably in logistics or
- Ability to motivate and guide low-skilled personnel towards enhanced performance;
- Experience with ERP, TMS, and other specialized software for logistics management is a plus;
- Resilience under pressure, with a professional approach to solving problems and adapting to
