Short Description The position holder focuses on overseing day to day activities to ensure to meet all relevant legal requirments in regards of import & export, export control regulations, preferencial origins, etc. Furthermore, the operational and/or strategic transport management are part of the tasks.

Job Responsibility

• Import and Export customs operation, optimization and implementation
• Export control compliance operation and optimization
• Statistics reporting to government agencies where necessary (EXTRASTAT, INTRASTAT and similar)
• Implementation and optimisation of customs procedures with economic significance (processing traffic, IMMEX, and so on) where applicable
• Customs authorization management
• Preferential origin operation and optimization where applicable
• Transport management, optimization (and operation where applicable)
• Monitor third party transportation supplier to delivery part to customer timely and without damage or shortage
• Monitor the import transportation supplier to do customs clearance and delivery material to factory timey and without damage or shortage
• Provide correct HS code in customs system and guarantee MD company safety

Qualification & Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 1 - 3 years of work experience in relevant area

Skills

• Knowledge of authorization management
• Knowledge of Preferential Origin procedures
• Knowledge of Import and Export procedures
• Knowledge in country specific customs procedures and programs
• Knowledge in Export control compliance
• Knowledge in Transport management (Tender Management, Transport Modes, Trade lanes)
• Knowledge in Statistics reporting
• MS Office
• SAP (preferably)
• Fluent English
