Key responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyse financial transactions to detect suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Review alerts and compile reports with conclusions and recommended actions.
• Draft and submit Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) when necessary.
• Act as a point of contact for risk-related queries from banks, payment providers, and authorities.
• Collaborate with Compliance and other internal teams to ensure AML/CTF compliance.
• Assist in improving transaction monitoring processes and tools.
• Support special projects and contribute to process automation and optimization.

Key requirements:

• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in transaction monitoring, fraud analysis, or financial crime is a plus.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with AML/CTF regulations and KYC principles is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in using compliance and risk management tools.
