For our Employee Engagement & Employer BrandingTeam, we are currently looking for creative, communicative and motivated Trainee that is excellent organizational skills and passionate about learning new things.

Your contribution to something big:

• You will serve as an ambassador of banks’ values and culture.
• You will create and execute various integrated communication campaigns for Postbank's Employer Branding
• You will create content for the company's career site and various other channels, information materials, etc.
• You will participate in internal or external events organized by Postbank, at which you will represent the company as a Top employer.
• You will participate in different internal HR projects in regards in our People strategy for enhance our employee engagement, motivation, and recognition
• You will provide assistance with the daily tasks within the department and have the chance to works closely with different HR departments.
