Main Responsibilities:

• Addressing client queries regarding both CFD and Futures instruments and platforms through various communication channels;
• Real-time trade execution and client support, via phone, mail and chat, especially during critical moments;
• Risk management and account setup;
• Monitoring and processing trades across global exchanges;
• Trade reconciliation, investigation of breaks, and clearing operations;
• Trade surveillance and compliance support;
• Monitoring alerts and acting upon them;
• Willingness to work on night shifts.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in Client Support (experience in trading operations is a plus);
• Proficient level of English;
• A degree in a Technical, Economic, or equivalent degree, combined with a solid understanding of financial markets and complex trading calculations is considered an advantage;
• Strong attention to detail, and willingness to act independently in compliance with company’s procedures and policies;
• Willingness to work in a multicultural environment.
