Our client is a Global Consumer Healthcare Company / Consumer (Mass) and Consumer Health (OTC) products. / Due to company development and expansion on the Bulgarian market, we are looking for an ambitious and proactive person to join the team in Sofia for the position of Trade marketing specialist.

About the role: You will play a pivotal role in the execution of the trade marketing strategy of the company on the Bulgarian market by building strong relationships with trade partners, creating and monitoring the in-store activations, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate would be a self - starter, with passion for trade marketing, and interested to deliver impactful marketing solutions in retail and trade environments.

Requirements:

  • University degree: Marketing, Trade, Economics or other relevant
  • Previous experience in the marketing field is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Clear driving license and ability to travel within the country
  • Very good computer literacy – MS Office (Excel, Word);
  • Very good knowledge of English language

Job description:

  • Cooperation with distributor team (managing and controlling execution of initiatives)
  • Organization of activities such as Influencer campaigns, samplings, events, etc. based on the Activity grid and market plan together with In-store Promotional Activities and Shelf Visibility
  • Market visits 1-2 days per week with main tasks on monitoring the placement and visualization of the company's portfolio in KA stores & pharmacies and monitoring and reporting of the competition activities
  • Adaptation and production of professional marketing materials for the company's portfolio, working with the distributors and production agencies
  • Support the organization of Influencer campaigns, samplings, events, etc. based on the Activity grid and market plan
  • Support on other in-store excellence topics – HCP (health care professionals) detailing, KPIs, SOS, Must Stock List, FOC orders, re-stickering process etc.
  • Support in the implementation of the brand activation plans for the company's portfolio, according to regional and local strategy
  • Prepare reports, maintain a database. Managing administrative and reporting activities
  • Identify market opportunities to improve channel effectiveness and sales
  • Performance analysis of activation strategies and tactics (assortment, distribution, promotional effectiveness, profitability & competitive review)
