Telemarketing specialist with German

Responsibilities:

• Actively perform cold calling and outbound sales to potential B2B clients on the German market, presenting logistics and transport services.
• Identify, research, and target new business opportunities through various channels (phone, email, online platforms, etc.).
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of hot leads through consistent follow-ups and relationship nurturing.
• Collaborate with the German Sales team to ensure smooth transition of information of the new clients/prospectives.
• Provide excellent client experience and satisfaction.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and customer demands in the transport and logistics industry.
• Represent the company in a professional and persuasive manner during all client communications.

Requirements:

• Proficient level of German (B2 or higher) – verbal and written communication.
• On-hand experience in cold calling, hunting, or telemarketing, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Sales orientation with a persistent, target-driven, and persuasive approach.
• Skills in proactive client search, lead generation, and outreach.
• Proactive person with customer-oriented approach
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the transport and logistics industry is a strong advantage.
