YOUR ROLE:
- Record, track, and document Integrations problem-solving processes including actions taken through to the final resolution
- Respond in a timely manner to Integration requests and issues
- Communicate and provide remote support to end users (mostly accountants and CFO)
- Install and configure software in Windows environment
- Managing Installation of API and connectors between the company and the customers, including handling communication of requirements to the customer
- Respond to Integration tickets in accordance with SLA guidelines
- Reports and documentation about processes to the Manager and communicates to other teams
- Excellent level in French language, both written and spoken
- Professional English, both written and spoken
- A good general knowledge of computer architecture is required
