Technical Support Specialist with German (Renewable Energy)

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to help with after-sales service for both commercial & industrial (C&I) and home energy storage products. You will make sure customers get great support and help improve our services.

Main Tasks:

  • Oversee troubleshooting, hotline support, and service escalations via chat, email and phone.
  • Provide remote troubleshooting for C&I and residential energy storage products.
  • Conduct diagnostics and repair system faults efficiently.
  • Support installers and customers with technical inquiries and service requests.
  • Maintain detailed service records and reports.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
What skills we are looking for:
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support for Renewable Energy company, troubleshooting, or field engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with battery storage, solar, or power electronics.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software & CRM tools.
