We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to help with after-sales service for both commercial & industrial (C&I) and home energy storage products. You will make sure customers get great support and help improve our services.

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to help with after-sales service for both commercial & industrial (C&I) and home energy storage products. You will make sure customers get great support and help improve our services.
Main Tasks:
- Oversee troubleshooting, hotline support, and service escalations via chat, email and phone.
- Provide remote troubleshooting for C&I and residential energy storage products.
- Conduct diagnostics and repair system faults efficiently.
- Support installers and customers with technical inquiries and service requests.
- Maintain detailed service records and reports.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
- Fluency in German and English.
- 2+ years of experience in technical support for Renewable Energy company, troubleshooting, or field engineering.
- Hands-on experience with battery storage, solar, or power electronics.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software & CRM tools.
