For one of our clients - a leading company in the BPO industry, delivering high-quality outsourced customer experience and business process solutions across global markets, we are looking for – Technical Support Specialist with German or French (Hybrid).

For one of our clients - a leading company in the BPO industry, delivering high-quality outsourced customer experience and business process solutions across global markets, we are looking for – Technical Support Specialist with German or French (Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support via email, chat, and occasional phone;
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues efficiently and accurately;
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams, ensuring timely follow-up;
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and troubleshooting steps using ticketing systems;
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and quick
- Collaborate with team members and share knowledge to improve overall support quality.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German or French, and good command of English for internal communication;
- Basic technical knowledge (e.g., operating systems, software/apps, network basics);
- Strong written communication skills; experience with email/chat support is a plus;
- Ability to quickly analyze and solve problems in a structured and calm manner;
- Customer-oriented mindset with patience and attention to detail;
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model and adapt to a dynamic support environment.
