Technical Support Specialist with German

We are on a lookout for tech-savvy and goal-oriented individuals for the role of Technical Support Specialist with German.
Main Responsibilities:
Handling a wide range of issues and offering effective solutions and guidance;
Collaborating with team members and contributing to group targets and goals;
Maintaining accurate records of new cases and ensuring the accuracy of existing logs;
Escalating complex cases as per company protocols;
Utilize and actively participate in the improvement in the existing client Knowledge Database;
Main requirements:
Proficiency in German and a fluency in English;
Knowledge of computing technology is an advantage;
Previous experience in technical support is an advantage;
Proven track record of troubleshooting abilities is advantageous;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel);
A positive and open-minded attitude;
Eager to learn, self-motivated and goal-oriented.
