For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Technical Support Specialist with Finnish or Slovak or Slovenian and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-tier technical support to users via phone, chat, or email;
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues with accuracy and speed;
• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions;
• Log all customer interactions and technical actions clearly;
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when needed;
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering friendly, effective service.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Finnish or Slovak, or Slovenian, plus strong English skills;
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities;
• Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and troubleshooting;
• Previous customer service or tech support experience is a plus;
• Quick learner with a can-do attitude and team spirit;
• Ability to work in shifts and stay calm under pressure.
