As a Technical Service Specialist Tier 1, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide Technical support primarily through all three channels (phone, email and chat).
- Apply your expertise in PV (photovoltaics) equipment and systems to address hardware-related
- Review single-line diagrams, pictures, and videos of plants to ensure proper connections and
- Examine and advise on more technical settings of systems.
- Work closely with the team to resolve technical issues in-house, eliminating the need for external
- Assist in training the Customer Support Level 1 team on technical knowledge, contributing to their
We seek individuals with:
- Fluency in Spanish (C1) and English (B2) is a must.
- A solid understanding of PV equipment and systems, capable of addressing complex technical
- Previous experience in technical support, particularly with PV equipment, is highly valued.
- Background or education in electrical engineering or related field.
- A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and a genuine passion for
- People management experience would be considered as a plus.
