For one of our clients - one of the leading hosting companies in Bulgaria since 2009, the company provides a wide range of tailored and specialized cloud solutions, leveraging the latest technological trends through specialists with world-class expertise, we are looking for - Technical Support Specialist (Linux/Hosting).

Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with clients on technical matters via phone, email, helpdesk system, and chat;
• Perform daily checks of the technical status of servers and network infrastructure;
• Monitor the monitoring system for issues, resolve them, or escalate them to a higher-level

and/or external contractor;

• Process incoming customer orders (activate new services or make changes to existing ones);
• Assist in troubleshooting and providing technical support for client-reported issues, ensuring

timely resolution;

• Document technical procedures, incidents, and solutions to maintain accurate knowledge

base and improve service efficiency.

Qualifications:

• User-level experience with LINUX operating systems;
• User-level experience with cPanel and Linux shells;
• Knowledge of the most important Internet protocols: FTP, SMTP, DNS, HTTP, HTTPS,

SSL, POP3, IMAP;

• Strong communication skills and the ability to identify, analyze, and quickly resolve problems;
• Patience and willingness to resolve every case;
• Ability to meet deadlines;
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
