Technical Support Specialist Level 2 with German
Our client is a leader in the telecommunication market and we are expanding the team of Technical Support Specialists with German language.
Join us and get your sign on bonus of 1 000 BGN.
Main responsibilities:
Process support requests;
Analyze system logs;
Remote troubleshooting;
Provide high level of technical guidance and assistance in problem solving.
Requirements:
Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal;
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills;
Customer oriented and pro-active team player;
Networking and Linux knowledge;
Experience in a similar role is considered an advantage.
What can you expect from us:
Fulltime role with standard working hours Monday – Friday from 10:00-19:00
Salary of 4 000 BGN with monthly performance-based bonuses
