Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to partners and customers, delivering pre-sales technical assistance and post-sales support services Lead and develop educational programs, manuals, and materials for partners and colleagues, preparing and presenting technical demonstrations of our product line Collaborate with the sales team as the principal technical advisor, identifying and resolving all technical issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout the sales process Offer optimal solutions for technical security and safety equipment Stay abreast of emerging technologies in the market Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles within the Security & Safety industry (technical protection) Strong technical expertise with knowledge of video surveillance, intrusion, access control, and intercom system A university degree in a technical field Excellent communication and presentation skills A high degree of teamwork, responsibility, flexibility, and proactivity Ability to achieve corporate goals Affinity for new technologies and a commitment to continuous improvement. Proficiency in the MS Office suite and internet usage Fluency in English (B2 level) A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business High level of work ethic and integrity What They Offer:
