Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Provide deskside and remote support to customers using parking solutions;
• Responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the software and devices;
• Administer accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment.
• Monitor and report client-level computer system performance.

Requirements:

• Experience in an IT, Technical support role ;
• Experience working with ticketing system;
• Organized with effective time management and prioritization skill;.
• Independent and analytical thinker;
• Ability to work effectively with clients of varying skill levels and proficiencies.
