About the position:

We are seeking a tech-savvy to join our Marketing team as a Technical Support Specialist with strong organizational and English skills for a software support role. The ideal candidate must possess keen attention to detail, excel in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate excellent typing and computer skills.

The Technical Support Specialist will handle queries, troubleshoot issues, replicate faults, and liaise with support, design, content, and development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage operational tasks;
• Troubleshoot and propose software solutions;
• Identify and rectify faults (misconfigurations);
• Assist with configuration;
• Communicating with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness;
• Follow up promptly with colleagues for effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Proficient in written and spoken English;
• Positive attitude;
• Eagerness to learn and grow;
• Attention to detail;
• Previous experience in a similar position is a plus;
• Knowledge of Excel is a plus.
