We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist with excellent English skills to join our team and support customers in a Microsoft 365 / Azure environment.

Location: Remote work from Bulgaria

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and related Microsoft services
• Troubleshoot identity, access, and authentication issues
• Support customers via email and chat
• Assist with MFA, SSO, Azure AD, and Exchange-related cases
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
• Deliver pre-sales, sales, and post-sales technical support when needed

Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Microsoft Exchange
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of authentication and security concepts
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1)
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Proactive attitude and ability to handle challenges independently

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Server Operating Systems
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Office 365
• Experience with MFA and SSO solutions
• Familiarity with OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, and RBAC

Working hours and salary:

• Working hours: 22:00 – 06:00, Monday to Friday
• Base salary: from EUR 1,500
• Up to EUR 500 additional compensation for night shifts
