Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serving as the first point of contact for both prospective and existing clientele;
- Collaborating with team members and contributing to group targets and goals;
- Handling a wide range of issues and offering effective solutions and guidance;
- Striving to meet deadlines and supporting smooth operations;
- Maintaining accurate records of new cases and ensuring the accuracy of existing logs;
- Escalating complex cases as per company protocols.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Czech or German and a fluency in English;
- Familiarity with mobile and desktop applications and basic understanding of common
- Team-oriented mindset and determination to achieve targets and show results;
- Proven track record of troubleshooting abilities is advantageous;
- Preferable experience in a contact center setting or customer-facing role.
