For one of our clients - a global leader in business process outsourcing, focused on efficiency and outstanding client experiences, we are looking for – Technical Specialist with Slovak or Czech or Slovenian - PTE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support across multiple channels (email, chat, and social media);
• Assist users with issues related to online store applications and tools;
• Manage and organize files using Google Drive;
• Troubleshoot and escalate basic technical issues to the appropriate teams;
• Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional communication tone at all times;
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Slovak or Czech or Slovenian (excellent written and spoken skills);
• Intermediate level of English for internal communication and training;
• Experience using online store apps (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus;
• Basic technical understanding and ability to follow troubleshooting steps;
• Proficiency with Google Drive and cloud-based tools;
• Customer-oriented mindset with a polite and helpful attitude.
