We are looking for a new team member as a Technical Project Manager with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and trends.

Previous experience in a similar position is always welcome in applicants.

Your daily routine would include:

• Managing and driving technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables align with business goals;
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines;
• Acting as the primary contact between internal teams and external vendors to address escalations and ensure timely issue resolution;
• Coordinating with 3rd-level technical support teams to facilitate resolution of escalated technical issues affecting project progress;
• Monitoring and maintaining project deliverables while ensuring systems and applications perform reliably;
• Overseeing automation efforts to optimize operational workflows and increase efficiency;
• Supporting cross-functional teams in diagnosing and resolving high-level technical challenges;
• Ensuring proper documentation and knowledge transfer of technical solutions;
• Leading status meetings, preparing progress reports, and addressing project risks proactively.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Proven experience in managing technical projects, with a strong focus on coordination, stakeholder communication, and timely delivery;
• A solid understanding of technical environments, including Linux systems and open-source technologies, to effectively collaborate with engineering teams;
• Familiarity with programming or scripting concepts (e.g., Python, Shell) to better understand technical discussions, but hands-on coding experience is not required;
• Ability to analyze data using SQL or similar tools;
• Knowledge of telecommunications networks (e.g., transport, radio, core) or a willingness to quickly learn industry-specific technologies;
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors;
• Excellent command of English language (written and spoken);
• German language is a plus.
