For one of our clients - a leading company in the BPO industry, delivering high-quality outsourced customer experience and business process solutions across global markets, we are looking for – Tech Support Specialist with Finnish or Italian or Norwegian or Romanian.

For one of our clients - a leading company in the BPO industry, delivering high-quality outsourced customer experience and business process solutions across global markets, we are looking for – Tech Support Specialist with Finnish or Italian or Norwegian or Romanian.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support via email, chat, and occasional phone;
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues efficiently and escalate when needed;
- Keep clear records of interactions and solutions in our ticketing system;
- Deliver a great customer experience with quick and clear communication;
- Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and improve support quality;
- Ensure timely follow-up on all customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Finnish, Italian, Norwegian, or Romanian with good English;
- Basic technical knowledge of software, apps, and operating systems;
- Strong written communication; email/chat support experience is a plus;
- Quick problem-solving skills with a calm, structured approach;
- Customer-focused, patient, and detail-oriented;
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, supportive team environment.
